- There is a $20.00 non-refundable cancellation fee for any animals before they are shipped.
- There is no return for any animal that has been shipped.
- The buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.
- We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.
- We can not guarantee the sex of baby chameleon species. Some species are difficult to determine when young. We can determine nearly 100%, but not guaranteed.
- All DOA(Dead on Arrival) claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. Animal body must be saved to obtain credit.
- DOA's will be replace with same type of animal.
